Auger Cutter Head

Auger head suction dredger is small ㏌ size, low ㏌ cost and convenient ㏌ transportation. Once the assembly is complete and ㏌ the water, dredging can start. The flow varies from 200m3/h to 2000 m3/h.

The Auger head suction dredger pushes the dredged material ㏌to the shield, which guides the material to the suction of the pump. The material cover allows the horizontal screw head dredger to absorb up to 99% of the dredge material, a very desirable result.

Compared with the traditional cutter suction dredger, it is easier to operate. Auger head suction dredger only positioned the AHSD to where you want to cut, lower the cutter head, and move forward. This simple system can be taught to any employee/operator within short time. The pump is mounted on the "ladder" without worrying about the NPSHR.
